In the last few matches, wicket in Sher-Bangla has become better for batting in the second round of the game. And all of the last four BPL matches played on this field have been won by fielding first, the team who wins the toss here is likely to bowl first.
DD Team News
Dhaka Dynamites made just one change in their playing XI for the eliminator against Chittagong Vikings – they dropped Mizanur Rahman in favor of the Allrounder Shuvagata Home. The last time the order was promoted, Ronnie Talukdar could be sent, and once again he could be sent to Shakib Al Hasan. After a good knock in back-to-back matches, Sunil Narine is likely to continue batting with Upul Tharanga. Dynamites are coming up with a convincing victory over the Vikings and so we do not expect them to tamper with the winning combination.
RGR Team News
Rangpur Riders lost two of their in-form batsmen in this crucial phase of the tournament, Alex Hales and AB De Villiers. Opening batsman Hales suffered a shoulder injury while batting during the last week’s game against Monarchy Kings, who had made him out of the remainder of BPL. De Villiers also left the team before the start of the playoff. Riders made three changes in their favor for the first qualifier against Kamila Victorians because they brought Beni Howell, Sohag Ghazi and Shafiul Islam to replace AB De Villiers, Shahidul Islam and Minhajul Abhed Afridi. We expect them to be unchanged for this game.
